http://www.ignaciaheyer.com Ignacia J Heyer is a single mother and entrepreneur who is driven by her passion for helping others and achieving her goals. She was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and relocated to Puerto Rico in 1980 to live with her mother, brothers, and sisters. After high School, she immigrated to the United State, attending Northern Essex Community College, where she studied Electronic Technology and English. While in college, Ignacia had to work 12 hour shifts to make ends meet while going to school. When she became pregnant with her daughter, she put her career and education on hold. She eventually went back to school earning an Associate of Arts in 2013 from University of Phoenix. That same year, Ignacia became a foster parent and accepted a part-time job for Keefe Commissary. All her life, she has been hounded by assumptions and gossip, but she has always ignored this negativity, focusing on her job, her role as a foster parent, and her daughter.
